A little bit about me. I have been in Real Estate in this area for over 29 years and have sold luxury properties, resales, condominiums, new construction, land and townhouses. I also work with relocation companies and assist people new to the area. My SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation) makes me proficient in working with people over 55. We have many new senior communities in the area, including Oxford Greens in Oxford, Meadow Brook in Oxford, Chartfield Farms in Beacon Falls, and The Regency in Prospect to name a few. Heritage Village, one of the first Over-55 communities in Connecticut, has been a part of Southbury for over 40 years.
I primarily cover the towns of Southbury, Woodbury, Middlebury, Oxford, Watertown, Seymour, Bethlehem and Naugatuck. I am also familiar with Seymour, Ansonia, Derby and Shelton and list and sell properties there as well.
