Let me introduce myself to you.  My name is Donna Matula and I have been selling real estate in the Southbury, CT area since 1980.  I grew up here, attended local schools and received an Associate of Science Degree in Business from Central  Connecticut State University.  My children were raised here and attended Region 15 schools.

Always wanting to learn, I have received four Real Estate Designations from the National Association of Realtors --- Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), ePro (Internet Pro), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). 

My real estate career has included ownership and management of a local RE/MAX office until March of 2007.  I have received numerous sales awards over the years including RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Executives Club and RE/MAX Presidents Club.  In November of 2009, I became affiliated with Century 21 Homes Services in Southbury.

Since 2004, I have been teaching Real Estate Principles and Practices at Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury, as well as teaching Continuing Education Classes to area Brokers and Agents.  I love helping people fulfill their goals.

In my spare time, I  read and belong to a book club.   I am a cookbook-aholic and enjoy cooking a great deal.  Flea Markets and antiquing are fun hobbies for me and I love to dance!!
